A bit out of recent character for me, but I finally made it to my first personal boxing training (a.k.a. torture) session at 9am today. Needless to say, I am now dead, but dang, it was so much fun.

Boxing has really been the only physical acrivity I have enjoyed as an adult and after over 15 years I've decided to stop talking about it and do something...so I did and am LOVING every minute of it. Thanks to coach @fredmontari for taking me on....I know it won't always be easy lolol I challenge everyone to also start something they have been thinking about doing...JUST DO IT! Don't wait for as long as I did.
